Ordered this item from Zales on the 18th of December and still have not gotten it. I call everyday and get a different reason everyday as to why I have not gotten it. I was suppose to get it by December 24th and unfortunately Zales is the only one who carries it. I will never buy another thing from them and I suggest no one else does.
