i was disappointed with this set. theres too much glass and it's just screaming cz, and looking very fake especially when you wear them together. 1 star goes to the fast shipping and another star because my grandma seems to like it, and so i decided to give my grandmas 1 ring each for valentines instead of returning it. take note that they're really old and doesn't see very clearly. ;-)

I had been eyeing this pendant for a while before purchasing it.I really count on the reviews to give me an idea of the value, but being the bargain shopper I am I always want it for less.Recently this item was offered for 50% off and I decided to buy it as a gift to myself.I wore it the very next day after receiving it and I can honestly say it is a nice pendant.As with all of Amazon.com Collection pendants the necklaces that come with them are very light weight and may tangle easily, but the price can't be beat.The Dragonfly on this one sparkles nicely and is a good size for most women (Just over one inch in height and just under one inch in width) If you also like to wear earrings, I recommend some sterling ball or cz/diamond studs with this.

The 14kt white gold has a lovely sheen, accented beautifully by the delicate and very feminine milgrain edges. I also love the comfort fit which makes this ring extremely easy to wear; it slips onto the finger with great ease, and you'll almost forget you're wearing it. It's THAT comfortable! I picked a size 6 (my usual size) and it fits me perfectly. I wanted a pink ring, and for the price, I couldn't argue with this.It's a nice ring, it's pretty and it fits well.I immediately thought when I took it out of the box that it was plastic and not metal.I can't really attest to the quality of the band, and I don't have a problem with metals so I can't tell you there either.The stone is a clear light pink and it's pretty.I wouldn't call it really sparkly.It has a nice, clear look, but it doesn't have a ton of sparkle.But.. what do you want for $8?I'm not head over heels, but I'm not disappointed either.It's nice for the cost.If you want something cheap for everyday use, or something for a younger girl that will look pretty but is cheap, this is a good choice.Definitely classier than what you find for the same price at a big-box store.

The product was satisfactory, but the shipping and the customer support availability were the worst I have ever experienced.

1)Shipping.The only shipping avail was Ground FedEx.I am in Hawaii and had to wait two weeks for delivery.It's supposed to be FedEx -- and check out does not even specify that it will be ground, nor allow the customer to select air and let he/she be the one who decides how and how much to pay for delivery. WTH is up with that?!

2)Called several times, during all different times of day in the company's time zone, and kept reaching only a simple call center who would only either take a message or forward to voicemail.The only person who could then take action is the owner.Now, most people would think this is great that the owner of the company is involved, but not at this level.At this low level of support it should be *anyone* some other staff who could have taken my call and helped me to re-route my package by air instead of ground to Hawaii.

Unbelievably amateurish.Will *never* purchase from this company again.

I purchased this ring for myself.I still think it is beautiful and the setting look is what I expected, however I am not completely satisfied with the quality.The ring band is very thin in the back around my finger and over time I am afraid it will either wear down or break.I took this ring to a jeweler and it will cost me more than I paid for the ring to make the band thicker.I paid $154 and it is going to cost me $168 to make it the ring that I expected.If I didn't love this setting so much I would have returned the ring.

This is a great ring for the money. The inside is hollow so don't think you are getting a solid ring. I am a size 9.5 according to the ring gauge set that I own. This ring runs large so go down a half-size. Mine spins a little bit, but when you consume foods with a lot of salt your fingers swell a bit so I think the 9.5 will be fine. My finger barely fits in the 9.0 ring gauge, so I picked 9.5. The reason it spins is probably that the inside is hollow, not solid so there is very little metal to adhere to your finger. I sincerely doubt that this ring retails for over $2000. Maybe if it was solid it might. I make jewelry so I am one to know value.

That means that the stones could be treated to a myriad of methods to dupe you the buyer into buying a stone that is actually worth little for value and may lose sparkle , chip or have a filling fall out when cleaning the diamond(s). I2 clarity is getting to the bottom of the barrel in clarity ratings, and to top the price of the stone advertised , it really is starting to stink for a good buy. Buyer beware. What happened to buying non treated diamonds? ask that same question...

I purchased this ring in size 5.5 for the holidays in late '08.What I received was color I and SI2 which is borderline what they promised.What I did not count on was the jeweler who i took the ring to to tell me that the ring I was shipped had 16 stones (the listing description had suggested something between 21 and 23 stones and yes I can count) and that they were 10 pointers.Meaning that the total diamond weight of my ring was approx 1.6 ct.

I called amazon asking to speak to customer service and they told me the distributor would be in touch with me and a return would be processed.Guess what ? no one got in touch with me even after sending several emails.As Christmas approached I had no option but to go ahead and give the wife the ring since i did not have enough money to buy a replacement and wasn't sure I would be able to get a refund.Its now February and I am still waiting on AMazon.Hello!!!

The moral of this story: Avoid buying precious jewelery from Amazon. plain and simple.
