I actually bought this ring as a purity ring for my 13 year old daughter.With sapphire as her birth stone, I knew she would love the little flower sitting on a beautiful white gold setting.The band is really exquisite and looks like an engagement ring. If you shift from the traditional diamond to a sapphire, it could be!Although it's a little too upscale for my 13 year old she will grow into it as she progresses through her teens and into her twenties.When I first saw it, I had a slight concern that since the band is so nice, the sapphire flower might not be nice enough for the band. My daughter doesn't think that though!As for customer service, you will be amazed!The ring was sent 1st class USPS, insured for over $200.This required that we sign for it.Although I had to go to the post office to sign and pick it up, it ensured that it didn't get lost in the mail or lost on the way into my house.I appreciated that.I contacted Tri Jewels through Amazon because it turned out we had ordered a ring a 1/2 size too large.The owner & jeweler, Mr. Vijay Bhatia, emailed back immediately that we should just send it back to him and he would resize it and send it back to us.He insisted that it should be perfect for my daughter. He took the time to make sure I knew that he was going to be out of town on business for a week so I sent it when he returned, insuring it so it would be received directly by him.It arrived back to us in about a week and now it's perfect!Thank you so much!
