When buying jewelry I expect the photo to be accurate.If it's a bit off that's understandable, but photographing a top quality gemstone and then shipping the worst possible quality is totally dishonest.We were so disgusted with our emerald that it went directly back into the box.We've seen better quality at mall jewelry stores.The only good thing is the no hassle return policy.it will cost you $10 to mail it back with insurance, and if you order this genuine emerald you're certainly going to mail it back.So don't even try.I should have taken a photo of ours before we sent it back.
If ordering online, I suggest created gemstones.Those all pretty much look the same.For genuine stones, you really should see them in person.
