I am fairly satisfied with this purchase.I am happy enough with it to not try to deal with the hassle of product returns.However, since the request for a review came up, I do feel compelled to be honest regarding the quality of the stone.Amethyst is my favorite gemstone, but the amethyst in the ring I received is so PALE that it looks like rose quartz rather than true amethyst.It's not even lavender, it's actually pink in tone. The only reason I didn't return it, was that I showed it to a few friends of mine, and they were so enchanted by the design and make of the ring that they hardly noticed the discrepancy. They thought it was very pretty in spite of the color, so I ignored my first inclination and kept it.I like to wear it every now and then.
