10k Yellow Gold, July Birthstone, Lab-Created Ruby and Diamond Ring Review

This ring is nowhere close to what is shown in the picture. I was totally taken by the picture, but the ring I received was totally different. The description says it consists of diamonds, but the ring doesn't contain any, it just has some engravings which are supposed to look like diamonds but don't. Also, it hardly looks as if it is made of yellow gold, the engravings at best look like white gold. Contrary to the expensive look the ring in the picture has, the real ring looks very ordinary. I am not satisfied and I am going to return it.
