i've NEVER had a problem with amazon until now. i got the ring as an engagement ring....something to tide her over until I can get the high quality, expensive one.....and we got it one week late after I paid next day air UPS AND it came with a noticeable impurity....a dark block dot right in the middle of it! obviously a manmade gem, which to me isn't even a real diamond.
